Buying drugs at a rave, - you have a high chance of getting arrested - you have an even higher chance of getting ripped off - you are giving cops an excuse to shut down the party, thus causing problems for the promoters and spoiling the fun of all party-goers. In
to push for the elimination of rave culture. Maybe it sounds extreme, but seeing the party scene (not so) slowly die off here in Indy has made me want to keep it from happening in other places. If you`re gonna do drugs at a party, take them before you go in and get them from someone you KNOW. I don`t want to come off like an arrogant prick `cause I`ve bought drugs at parties many times. I love to party and hit raves, and recently saw Josh Wink under the influence of "lucky seven." It was even better than I`d expected. I often see shows straight, but I`d decided to experiment with the Seven and mix it with electronica. Wow, what a combo! The audio and lazers were emaculant. I`m glad to hear ravers are getting sensible and not using raves as drug markets. Please find friends outside of raves, and bring your own drugs before arriving at the party. Don`t support buying drugs at raves, cause it is going to destroy our scene, which is in danger at the moment. btw, I`ve only did x at one rave (of over 20 I`ve been to), and it was awesome. Too bad American drug laws aren`t as cool as European laws and more tolerable to x. I`m an older raver (30-something) and I find I run out of energy very early at raves and X has been a real life saver for me and helps me keep up with the young-uns with unlimited go power. I love electronic music, but I`ve gotta admit, x/acid/shrooms/pot/7 all seem to add a bit to the experience for me. JMO.

I was wondering, do they still have this thing called "the vibe" at the parties these days? It`s like this group/communal positive energy thing that is palpable when lots of funloving folks get together and can be felt and enjoyed whether you are sober or high....it`s very contagious and magical in it`s transformational abilities, if I remember correctly. At some parties I`ve been to it`s been so overwhelming obvious in it`s presence that only a really self absorbed person who is concerned more with their personal gratification than with contributing to taking that communal vibe feeling up a few notches themselves would miss it without the aid of drugs.
