S.O.B.'s and MAWU are proud to present the first annual Circle Hog Fest--a fundraiser party dedicated to dancers and circle hogs everywhere who love to get down! Hosted by the legendary Marjory Smarth & Voodoo Ray, this event will feature performances by MAWU, Denice, Mekiel & Manchildblack and music by Sabine (Brooklyn Mecca/Oyasound), Miguel Ortiz (Shanti NYC/Boston Afterhours), Chenzo (Soulgasm.net), Pang Lo (Shanti NYC/Crave NYC), Kamala (Melting Pot NYC), Tommy Bones (NYC), Herb Martin (Together in Spirit) spinning a funky mix of house, afro-beat and classics. Founded in 2007, MAWU is an all-female urban dance company known for their explosive performances, their strong versatility, their freestyle spirit and their love of house music. Come join us on the dance floor as we celebrate our 1 year anniversary and pay tribute to the innovators and artists that came before us.
