Are the police alowed to search you in the street? - 2006/06/28 08:18
[Im posting thiss in all my NGs in case some fucker has a go at me for crosssposting, but im hoping to get some advice from somebody about this becaause police shouldent hav the right to behave that way].
I was a bit drunk the other nite and some policeman called me over and asked me loads of questions about where i lived and where id been and where i was going. I was going home. I think he thoughht i had drugs or somthing, tho I dident. Some of its a bit hazey cause I was a bit drunk, but he wanted to know all these details about me,. He kept asking me to spell ,y name, like its dificult or somthing, its spelt how its pronounced. I thoght he was going to aresst me but he dident, he just searched me instead. he could see from how i was dressd that i couldent hav been hiding nothing anywhere but he still searched me anyway and took ages about it. Im sure he wass just doing it for an exscuse to touch me up, he spent long enough feeling round my arse, as if I ddont hav enough to put up with ffrom the old perv here without a fucking policeman doing it too! Wot i wannt to kno is , are they alowed to do that? was he taking advantage cause I was a bit drunk?I think he wanted to take me home realy, i had to keep telling him i could gget home alrite. You cant trust the police just becausse they *are* the police. They can still be poovters and they can still get tempted when theres nobody else around to witness anything, and if I complained they woouldent belive me theyd belivve theh polica man, cause its always like that in the world.
