TORONTO, ON – On February 2, 2007 bringthebeats is producing a landmark event for the Canadian Electronic Dance Music (EDM) industry. One of the world’s top DJ talents, Toronto’s Luke Fair, will be performing live within the intimate confines of the ultra stylish It’s Not a Deli (986 Queen Street West), in the heart of Toronto’s Art and Design District.
EDM fans across Canada will also have the opportunity to catch the performance as the entire event will be streamed live on blogTV.ca as part of the website's national introduction to the online community. The broadcast will be the first of its kind anywhere in the world. Archived footage of the performance will be available on blogTV.ca following the event for those unable to log on and be part of the live performance and for those attending the event looking to relive the experience.
Luke Fair consistently performs in front of thousands and has been booked in nightclubs and festivals in virtually every major city in the world. As a producer he is signed to Bedrock Records, the most prestigious Progressive House label in the industry and he has recently established Electraluxe, his own record label which launched its first worldwide release in September 2006. As a DJ Luke is represented by The Collective Agency in New York, USA and Excession The Agency Ltd in London, UK – two of the most respected and successful EDM booking agencies on the planet. The opportunity to hear Luke Fair spin at such an intimate venue is rare and only made possible by his generosity and desire to give back to his hometown community.
