IMHO, most of the DJs you mentioned sound very similar, so I guess just go for whoever is cheapest. I`ve heard that Sasha isn`t as good as Digweed these days, since he took a long break from spinning (injured eardrum or something? I forget what the story was).
In any case, I`m pretty sure most of the DJs you mentioned cost 5 to 10 grand (or more!) for a set. I don`t know if that`s including airfare + hotel room or not, either. Basically, they`re ridiculously pricey.
Also, talent agents for superstar DJs won`t allow you to book them unless you`ve booked some of their lesser talent first. Some of the talent companies are majorly anal about this. For example, Ultraworld Productions has been throwing massive parties (a few thousand people) twice a year for like five years now, and they STILL can`t get Sasha, Digweed, etc.
Personally, I`d recommend going for a non trance/house headliner... the big names in other genres cost significantly less, and are a lot more talented
