No, if you read closely, you can tell that you have to enter the three letters in order to download the file.
The 'dating site' that you are probably referring to is the big advertisement that says "Find a date in your area".
Underneath that big advert, there is the following information:
Filename: Section from Oslo Nights May 200..mp3
Filesize: 4.44 MB
This is the track you will be downloading after entering the three letters followed by clicking "Download".
