Python – Sniper Girl
Original Mix, Python’s Tech Rework, and Masque Remix
Python are a DJProdution trio based in Rostov-on-Don (Russia). They have been releasing electronic music since 1998. Their previous releases have had major support from heavy-hitters such as Sasha, Nick Warren and Eelke Kleijin to name but a few. Their first release for Monad Music is Sniper girl a big room Progressive stomper. The release also features two Tech House remixes from the guys.
Original Mix
Sniper Girl is a powerhouse of track that will inject drive and energy onto any dance floor. It is propelled by relentless four to the floor groove and a pumping bass line that are underscored perfectly by swirling arps and some dynamic synth sweeps and stabs.
Python’s Tech Rework
Python’s Tech remix is a much more melodic affair that sits nicely on the border between Tech and Prog. It’s got a more subtle engine driving it but still manages to retain the unrelenting momentum of the original.
Masque Remix
The Masque remix takes the track is totally different direction this is groovy Tech House at its best. It is built on tight funky beats, a one note bass line, and an infectious keys motif with only the swirling arps left over from the original.
