Juce, who had a hit on the 2008 edition of MIAMI TESTED, DJ APPROVED, is back with "Slow Down", a tribal stunner that is prepped to be in the CD book/hard drive of DJ's the world over for some time to come. Juce's original embodies all the elements that equal to afterhours perfection...floor filling tribal rhythms melding together with twisting atmospherics and a growling bass. As was said on Roger Sanchez's remix by Barry White "Love Is The Icon" 'this, is where it all starts from'.
Taking on the duty of remixing this one comes Stereo Headz and Escodero & PHM. Each delivers a mix that is less tribal and more tech. Stereo Headz, ironically go right for the head, while Escodero & PHM shoot straight from the hip. With all three mixes, there is an anchor for each section of the night or various genre of DJ.
Rounding out this release is that standout track from MIAMI TESTED, Juce's "Impossible Silence". Like any proper book, there is a beginning that draws you in, a middle that leaves you wondering what's next and a finish that closes it out, not leaving you satisfied, but wanting more.
