Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, DJ/producer, Javier Gomez has been a fan of house music since the early 90's. He's driven by all sources of house from deep, electro, tribal, progressive, tech, to dark...simply put, QUALITY HOUSE MUSIC. He began his professional DJ career in 2006 and quickly add producer to his title. With only few months behind the decks he teamed up with the talented DJ/Producer Ray MD (Rayzil Project) for his first single "World Domination" and a Twisted release soon to follow. He's gaining support from the best djs from the local scene and the international scene, including many who remixed this Slanted Black debut single, “Get Down”.
Javier's original is a blend of tribal and progressive grooves, while the remixes span from deep to banging from heavy hitters, Jay Tripwire, Cabaret Groove, Fred Miller, DJ Leo and RayMD. If this release is any indication, Javier is sure to be a staple on the house music scene for quite sometime and Slanted Black is proud to be at part of this blossoming talent.
