Re:FAQ - proposals - accepted in alt.music.house - 2006/07/09 11:30
NG has got - Maybe the posters are partly to blame by not livening it up a bit themselves. Its the same as being in a chat room and someone who hasnt said anything for an hour declares `I`m bored`. header - just ignore it. BTW this group suffers less with this problem than alot I frequent. By `Spam` are you also referring to mp3.com posters ? Again, it doesnt take a brain surgeon or any time to realise its an mp3.com posting and if you dont wanna listen, then dont - easy. It annoys me the amount of snobbery towards music there is in this group. Some of these mp3.com artists may just be the guy who produced the track that you might be dancing to in a coupla years. realise I dont use my correct email address, nor do I imagine the majority of `Sensible` people in here. I also fail to see how having a vote or changing the FAQ for a group will stop spam. Maybe you`d care to enlighten me. where you get points for turning up each day/week. ``According to Goodle`` pmsl, so what, you`ve had a little conference as to who I am and how long i`ve been about. Well you are right `Metro Groove` has only been here 3/4 months but I started to use this group about 3 years ago, and up until about a year ago I was using the name `DExTER` THINGS HAVNT CHANGED IN HERE, this is how its always been, good one month, shite the next. FAQ means frequently asked questions, not frequently spouted rules. Am I right in thinking that you`d like the FAQ`s for this group to be amended to include things (probably in there anyway) like `Thou shalt not spam`. The people who spam and cross post just dont read or need FAQ`s. I am not trying to start a war of words here, or get into an argument with you, but i do think you are wasting your time, all you will end up with is a
yourself will have added to the problem of NON-HOUSE MUSIC related postings.
