The LEGENDARY duo of Manny Ward and Joi Cardwell delivered one of last year’s top tunes, “All Night”, which was released on both Slanted Black and Groovin’. With these two new mixes, “All Night” is poised to be one of THE tunes of 2011, as well.
Midnight Society comes at it with their signature driving sound as the back bone, while adding airy builds and swells and a with a classic feeling synth/bassline that will move ANY room. The sublimely subdued mix is, also, a good one to turn up loud while driving around with the top down and enjoying the sunshine.
On the other side of the coin, Anthony Devito takes Joi’s hypnotic vocal and melody and delivers some tribal/tech dirt that you won’t be able to deny when it hits the speakers. It’s made for dark rooms and sweaty bodies…it’s the original Sound Factory, it’s Vinyl, it’s Twilo, it’s Stereo, it’s Pacha…it’s OVAH!
