SICK! ON THE DANCEFLOOR PRESENTS WILL BAILEY - 2007/10/31 12:34
Hot new London party, Sick! On The Dancefloor, has made a name for itself in the last year, for being the frontrunners of upfront electro house music, supporting nights at London's most prestigious clubs, such as The Cross, Egg and Canvas to name a few, and often blowing the other promotions they're sharing with out the water on the night. After building up a legion of Sick! followers, they have finally taken on their own venue, and now every 3 months play host to the titanic venue that is SeOne club. This month they welcome, Will Bailey, Blende and Ed Kane to step up to the main room decks to decimate the crowd of dirty dancers. Expect more of the same sleazoid electro that has captivated London clubbers, to form the basis of their 2nd edition at SE One, on November 3rd.
After smashing SEOne back in August they put on their next party hosted by the Sick Dj’s presenting the best in slick, sick, upfront electro. Serving up a huge helping of self-styled ‘sleazoid chunky beats’ is Sick ! resident Will Bailey; a producer responsible for more than his fair share of 2007 peak time electro favourites. His penchant for cheeky bootlegs and reworks of classics such as Prodigy’s ‘Poison’ and Basement Jaxx ‘Where’s your head’ have been dominating UK dance floors; while original tracks such as ‘Krusher’ rouse similar reactions.
This month Will is joined by two new stars of the electro scene Ed Kane and Blende. Blende is already known for his jumped up filthy production and will offer up a futuristic outlook on today’s Electro genre with his range of decktastic skills which merges live elements with traditional DJing skills. His recent offerings of 'Osc Low Nyzz' and ' Its Not Over' remixes are pure driven filth personified. Hosted by Sick’s ubertastic DJ residents The Sick DJ’s will top and tail the headliners executing their super- powers alongside local heroes Gareth Wyld and Stevie Vibes.
To finish off one of feistiest and busiest nights in London,' In House we Trust' will be providing a 'Big House' feel to the second room with Rasslin and Hatty leading the proceedings. There will also be another secret surprise on the night with guest DJ’s from Glitch and Zombie’s Ate My Brain gracing the decks. So if you want to dance like your life depended on it and listen to the sickest, body shaking music, we'll see you on the 3rd November, for what will be the best night out you've had for ages.
