Luna Launches in Manchester
Hot House fuelled electro from Manchester meets Underground spine tingling quirky techno and house from London in a frenzy of electronic music talent, for the launch of Luna at AREA51 on 18th April.
After the unmitigated success of Luna in London... they take their first tentative steps into the Manchester Underground this month in a fusing of minds and souls with Manchester electro titans Digital Orgy.
Luna crashes down & brings 3 very special performances to AREA51, in the form of house & electronica DJ diamonds Mutiny, Paul Jackson and Phil Drummond. Taking over the unique and unruly space at AREA51, these guys are sure to be rocking the house down until the sun comes up!
Luna is the brainchild of wonderboys Paul Jackson and Phil Drummond who will be turning tricks in the main room alongside Mutiny, all three know how to rock a party with residencies at crème of London underground clubs such as Ministry of Sound, The End and Egg plus the massive Underwater Record Label parties worldwide.
Digital Orgy have been turning the Manchester scene upside down the last year with there full on electro parties and will bring a great atmosphere to Luna. Not forgetting their talent residents Jamie Fisher and Graeme Dixon who will be firing the wonkiest upfront electro straight on to the dancefloor in room 2.
Both Luna and Digital Orgy will share their collective musical programming skills over two rooms to bring something very special to the currently buzzing Manchester scene, no chin stroking or nodding off in the corner allowed, in a night of glitch and funk filled dirty techno and electro beats awaits…….
