MiMo will be starting its 2009 London clubbing calendar with a bang. On Saturday March 14th MiMo launches its debut party at ‘The Lightbox’, Vauxhall. This fantastic club offers an unrivalled sound and lighting system for a completely unique clubbing experience!
Mimo has pulled out all the stops for this one, opening all 3 rooms for some serious clubbing from 10p.m to 11a.m Sunday morning. Each room will be graced with some of the finest DJ talent from across England.
The ‘Lightbox room` will be playing high quality tech and progressive house, featuring the talent of Jim Rivers (Global Underground/Renaissance), Neil Quigley (Renaissance/Bedrock) and our very own Chris MiMo! Don’t expect anything to slow down in the early hours, as Buckley (Back to Basics/We Love Space..Ibiza) and Clint Lee (Zoo Project/Zombies ate my Brain) will be taking command for an exclusive After Hours Session!
In Room 2 MiMo has teamed up with the ‘Bloom` festival. Bloom have become one of the most talked about up-and-coming festivals in recent years, with 2008`s monster Cheltenham event being a huge success! Bloom’s London parties have proved just as popular, so expect exceptional house music and a real party vibe. All of this will be brought to you courtesy of Rob Mello (Classic), Darius Syrossian (Tribal Sessions/Breakout Audio) and Blooms own Kid Fiesta!
Room 3 will be taking you to MiMo Underground. Expect superb tech and techno from the likes of Jordan Peak (Mass Recordings) and Sam Cherry (MiMo). The morning will bring a huge After Hours Session, hosted by `Techno Coalition` with music courtesy of Ken Fan (Intoxikate Records) and Keteloco favourites, Danny Raper and Sean Cookson!
3 rooms, 35 DJ`s, 15,000 lights, 13 hours of madness, don’t miss out.
