THE BOND BALL NEW YEARS EVE 2009 – KENSINGTON CLOSE HOTEL
The party will start at 7.30pm-5am/ Drinks in the reception till 9pm
TICKETS
Earlybird Ticket cost £40 and you can buy them either via Skiddle, PayPal or cash over the Phone.
Skiddle
• please go to www.skiddle.com/tickets and look for THE BOND BALL NEW YEARS EVE
• alternatively, call them on 0844 884 29 20 - this is a secure booking line and you will be forward an e-ticket.
Paypal
• you can pay by PayPal account glamafunk@hotmail.co.uk
• make sure you put your name and address and your tickets will be delivered direct to you
Cash Payments
• To make a cash payment, just call or text us your details to 07807 340 899 and we will get back to you.
HOTEL BOOKINGS
When you book a hotel room this includes your ticket for the Bond Ball as well.
For hotel bookings call or text with your details to 07807 340899 and our secure booking line for the hotel will call back and reserve your room for £10.
Just to let you know the earlybird rates goes up after the weekend, you can reserve for £10 - call 07807 340 899
• The hotel guests will be issued their VIP band on check in to speed up entry to the event.
• Extra night available for £100 per room inc Spa
• Breakfast is replaced by Brunch for VIP tickets
• Late check out 2pm for VIP tickets
THE BALL
We have made a lot of changes for this year including.....
• The capacity of the party is 1500 set over 5 rooms (4 with music)
• We have increased the number of bars to 12 to speed up service
• The hotel guests will be issued their VIP band on check in to speed up entry to the event.
• Ticket only guests will not have fast track entry!
• We will provide 5 min transport to the afterparty for VIP guests
• Table service and VIP options are not available

• The Hotel Pub/Bar won't have DJs so people will have a chillout zone to relax
