Webster Hall is a premiere entertainment venue located in New York City’s famous East Village. Webster Hall New York has 4 floors of remarkable stages, dance floors and lounges. Webster Hall has been an entertainment venue and gathering place since 1886 and today has become one of the most historical and cultural icons in New York City. Since its establishment, Webster Hall New York has acted as a nightclub, concert venue, corporate events center and as a recording venue.
Although Webster Hall was the country’s first modern nightclub, it also gained a passion for recording music. In the 1950s and 60s Webster Hall New York was the live recording home of RCA Records. Elvis Presley, Ray Charles and Bob Dylan are just some of the legendary artists who changed the ways of music while recording at this old and highly distinguished venue.
Music continues to play a large part in Webster Hall’s schedule. Many performers book a spot on the Webster Hall schedule after performing at Madison Square Garden in order to gain a more intimate experience with their fans.
